Nature & History Walk with the Pound Ridge Land Conservancy

Join the Pound Ridge Historical Society and the Pound Ridge Land Conservancy for a guided short hike exploring the unique combination of nature and history in the Halle Ravine. As we traverse the scenic trails, participants will have the opportunity to learn about the ecological significance of the ravine, as well as its historical context and the stories that have shaped this special area over the years.

Local historians and naturalists will lead the discussion, highlighting the flora and fauna native to the region while also unraveling tales of the past that contribute to our understanding of Pound Ridge's heritage. Enjoy a leisurely walk suitable for all ages, bringing together community members interested in preserving both the natural landscape and the rich history of our local environment.

Please wear appropriate outdoor attire and footwear. We recommend bringing water and any personal items you may need for a comfortable hike. Join us for an enriching day of exploration and discovery in one of Pound Ridge's cherished natural spaces.
